New Token Sale Marks Return to American Investors

CoinList is set to resume operations in the United States, marking its return to the American market for the first time since 2019, according to reports from Cryptopolitan. The announcement includes plans for a new token sale slated for later this month.

The upcoming token sale will be exclusively available to accredited U.S. investors, representing the platform's first offering to American investors in five years. This event will be the first of its kind since the Kadena token sale in 2019. CoinList President Scott Keto described the re-entry into the U.S. market as "a significant milestone" for both the platform and the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem.

CoinList's decision to halt its U.S. operations five years ago was largely attributed to the stringent regulatory environment under the Biden administration's Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The platform's return is being seen as a response to the Trump administration’s increasingly crypto-friendly policies.
